Malorie and John

Tell us about your day: You worry that you will wake up and find out that the groom is missing, one of your bridesmaids is throwing up, your cake fell and your DJ cancelled last minute, but lucky for us it was all smooth sailing. The bridal party got ready at the Crowne Plaza, where the ceremony and reception took place. We had music playing and mimosas going around while our hair and makeup was done. It was exactly what every bride pictures. There was so much happiness in that room. The ceremony was short and sweet. Our aisle runner had our names and wedding date to add a personal touch. We became emotional as we started to say our vows. We ended with a big kiss and left the ceremony to “I Do” by Colbie Caillat. Walking into the outdoor tented reception, there was a wow factor: chiavari chairs, white flower centerpieces, a silver sequin sweetheart table. We got announced in and immediately put some glasses on and performed a dance. Because he is a police officer, a pat down was a must! Everyone loved it. Throughout the night, you could see how much fun everyone was having. People were laughing, the dance floor was packed and people who had been on non-speaking terms for years were talking! That is exactly what we wanted: lots of love and fun in the air. It was, without a doubt, hard to miss. Everyone raved about the food (which is always important) and loved the photo booth. We received the best videos/photos from that! We ended our night with a sparkler sendoff, which led to John sweeping me off my feet. It was all a dream come true.

  1. A perfect day for a perfect couple. The love was overflowing from the bride and groom to the guests. So warming to have both families together sharing this special day. And feeling the warmth and love. If anything went wrong, no one knew it. It will be forever remembered as one of the happiest days of my life!

  2. Congratulations to you both. May you enjoy many, many years together!

  3. Congratulation Sgt. Curley and Malorie. I watch LivePD every Friday and Saturday and just wanted to wish y’all the best…
