The Newport Museum’s extensive collection reflects Rhode Island’s rich culture and lively contemporary art scene. Known as the Drill Hall, the Pawtucket Armory Arts Center’s event space was essentially made to cater to all stretches of the imagination. The arched, 11,000 square foot room is housed in a castle-like structure and plays host to various galas, craft shows and fairs throughout the year, but they are also well-versed in the ways of weddings.

The main gallery at the Warwick Center for the Arts has perfected the art of accommodating warm, intimate cocktail receptions. Their exhibits of original artwork change every month or so, but anything on display at this boutique-style space on your wedding day will surely impress your guests.

A.K.A. the classic reception site. If you’ve found your prince or princess, this is your chance to be [insert favorite Disney character here] for a day.
Just one of their many glamorous event spaces, the Providence Biltmore’s legendary ballroom sits on the historic hotel’s top floor, offering sweeping, uninterrupted views of the cityscape all night long. And forget descending a spiral staircase; bring your grand entrance into the present with a trip up their external glass elevator.

The illustrious grand ballroom of Rhodes on the Pawtuxet fame can accommodate up to 600 guests (with room to dance!) The building itself, which was revitalized in 1915 after a tragic fire, still showcases many of its original features, including 100-year-old hardwood floors, wraparound balconies and a stunning sculpture.

While the word “casino” might not exactly scream “fairytale setting” for most, the Roger Williams Park Casino may just change your mind. Enclosed by a brick exterior and Ionic columns, the first floor is made up of hand-finished wood panel walls accented by a green tiled fireplace while the elegant upstairs ballroom boasts birch floors and is painted in warm, rosy tones.
